| Mike Spillane entered the brokerage side of real estate in February of 1994, after having owned and operated a residential building and development business for over 20 years. He uses his extensive construction background to coach and consult his team and clients through property and inspection issues, which have become a significant part of today´s often complicated transaction process. Mike holds an Associate Broker's license in PA and DE. Mike and his wife, Jeannie, have been Chester County residents for over 30 years, where they have raised their five children. Mike is an avid NFL football fan, and enjoys watching the hometown Eagles. |  | Jeannie Spillane moved from Gladwyne to West Chester 30 years ago when she married her husband, Mike. Before that she attended The Agnes Irwin School and Grinnell College. She has five wonderful children and five young grandsons. She has worked with her husband in the building business, sold health products, and has volunteered in church, school, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, as well as helping care for elderly family members. |  | Zeke Spillane entered the family buisiness as a Real Estate investor in 2001. At the time, he was managing a small restaurant. By 2004 he made Real Estate his full time profession and became a fully licensed real estate sales agent in Pennsylvania. Zeke is a member of the National Realtors association, The Suburban West Realtors Association, and The Chester County Investment Group.
