Who we are:  Premier Properties is the specialty property and luxury homes division of The Mike Spillane Team at Keller Williams Real Estate, located in Chester County, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.  

Our Mission:  To promote and enhance the cultural and economic value of our homes and neighborhoods by providing excellence in marketing services to sellers and buyers of Premier Properties located in Chester and Delaware counties of PA.

What we do:  We market Premier Properties to local move-up buyers, as well as regional, national and international buyers.  Approximately 50% of our business is with Relocation sellers and buyers, and we are approved to work with ALL relocation companies.  (I.e. you have a choice; you don’t have to accept an agent or company referred to you by your employer!)

We are fortunate to live and work in one of the most stable and attractive real estate markets in the country.  Due to a strong regional business sector, highly ranked schools, our close proximity to Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore, Washington and New York, and a canvas of amazing natural beauty, the Brandywine Valley continues to draw families from across the country and across the globe.  This is a great place to live and work!
